If you're still undecided whether you want a new phone with your contract or not, why not check out our cheapest offers page here?

Orange is now brought to you by EE - but what does this mean for you?

As Orange is now brought to you by EE you won't be able to buy an Orange SIM-Only plan online. But don't worry! EE SIM-Only plans offer the same great service and coverage that you're use to with Orange, along with a whole host of useful everyday extras. The most important change is that you'll get access to superfast 4G speeds on EE wherever you have coverage. 4G is offered as standard on all of the above EE SIM-Only plans, and if you buy a 12 month or 30 day 2GB, 5GB or 10GB tariff you'll get access to EE's industry leading double speed 4G.

Frequently asked questions

What's a combi SIM card?

When you order a combi SIM-Only plan from Orange and EE you'll receive a dual purpose SIM card. As the SIM itself is perforated you can pop out the Micro SIM part to use in your modern smartphone, or leave it as it is to use in an older phone that needs a standard SIM card size. If you need a EE nano SIM for your Apple iPhone 5, 5c5s, 6, 6 plus, HTC One M8, One Mini 2, HTC Desire 610, Samsung Galaxy Alpha, Sony Xperia Z3, Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, Nokia Lumia 1520, Nokia Lumia 930 or Motorola Moto X you'll need to Click here to view our Nano SIM Only deals.

What's a 4GEE Extra Plan?

Choose one of our Extra plans and you get access to EE's amazingly quick Double Speed 4G network, which provides you with home broadband like speeds in over 20 major UK cities.

What's tethering?

All EE SIM-Only Plans come with tethering enabled. Tethering lets you connect devices such as tablets and laptops to your phone's 4G connection via WiFi. This personal hotspot can be used by several people at one time, so is great for sharing with family and friends. Tethering is built into your data allowance, so if you're likely to tether a lot you might need one of our 2GB, 5GB or 10GB SIM-Only plans.

What happens if I go over my SIM-Only allowance?

If you use more minutes, or texts than is included in your SIM-Only allowance then you'll be billed extra for this based on EE's standard out of bundle charges. These are currently:

Minutes Texts Photo Messages Voicemail 0500 and 08 numbers
35p a minute 12p each 40p each 35p a minute 20p - 40p a minute

*last updated 04/07/2014

How long will my EE SIM card take to be delivered?

If your order is accepted before 5pm EE will aim to deliver your SIM within 2 working days. If for any reason this isn't possible they will keep you updated via email.

Can I use Visual Voicemail on Orange?

Unlike most mobile networks you can use Visual Voicemail on EE and Orange. If you have an iPhone with iOS 6.0 or higher just text iPhone visual to 150 to enable this feature. Visual Voicemail is a free service and included as part of your EE SIM-Only plan.

What Happened to Orange Animals?

Panther, Dolphin, Canary and Racoon Orange SIM Only deals have now been discontinued. To give you the best of everything, Orange has now become EE, streamlining the selection of SIM-only deals on offer so you now have a choice of amazing 4GEE tariff deals!

Orange Animals have also been replaced in Orange's phone plans, so if you'd like to know more about what happened to Orange Dolphin, Orange Canary or Orange Panther phone contracts, we've written an article explaining what happened to Orange animal tariffs.
